As a dynamic business we need to have the right people who are as passionate as we are about our mission to protect people on the move and to support this, we are looking to increase our Marketing and Proposition department with a brand new role to support our Senior Marketing Manager with a focus on content creation, design, email marketing and internal communications. You’ll help us communicate effectively with our employees and customers while supporting our Healthcare, Construction, Fleet, and Emergency Services brands. Your day-to-day: Content Creation and Design Write clear and engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other channels. Design eye-catching materials like presentations, flyers, and digital graphics using tools such as Canva or Photoshop. Create content to keep employees informed and engaged, such as company updates or announcements. Act as Brand Custodian Manage all branded collateral, including logos and presentations, ensuring the latest versions are readily available for employees. Ensure consistent and correct branding across internal and external group collateral and training materials. Internal Communications Plan and deliver updates, newsletters, and internal campaigns to keep employees in the loop. Collaborate with HR and other teams to create content that supports employee engagement and highlights company news. Ensure all internal communications are clear, on-brand, and easy to understand. Digital and Social Media Manage and schedule posts for our social media platforms, creating content that grabs attention and builds our audience. Update websites (using WordPress or similar tools) to keep content fresh and SEO-friendly. Events and Team Support Assist in planning and delivering events such as exhibitions and internal meetings to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with teams to align communications with their goals and objectives. Provide hands-on support to a busy sales team, including design support for presentations, bids, and tenders across the group. Improving Performance Monitor the performance of content, emails, and campaigns, and suggest ways to improve. Stay up to date with marketing and design trends to keep materials fresh and relevant. The ideal candidate: Experience : At least two years in a marketing role, ideally focused on content creation, internal communications or design. Writing Skills : Strong ability to create engaging and easy-to-read content and emails. Tools Expertise : Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or HubSpot) and design tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop). Organisation : Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Office 365 and WordPress (or similar tools). Team Player : A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams. Video editing experience (desirable) Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot (desirable) Experience in employee engagement campaigns (desirable) This role is full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday with a home working contract with occasional travel required to our Telford Head Office (TF1 6QJ) for ad hoc sales meetings, with prior notice given.
