Quantity Surveyor - Join An Award Winning Main Contractor
We're looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to support our clients expanding team. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from pre construction through to final accounts – playing a key role in commercial success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting the Preconstruction team during the tender process
* Working with the Design team to identify opportunities and manage risk
* Overseeing all commercial aspects of live projects
Day-to-day tasks include:
* Procuring and letting subcontractor packages
* Preparing and managing CVRs
* Approving subcontractor payments
* Managing final accounts
* Collaborating with Buyers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and snag-free
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout
What They're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Experience with both new build and refurbishment projects up to £20M
* Confident in take-offs and re-measures
* Passionate about construction with a desire to learn and progress
* Previous experience working for a main contractor preferred
