Customer Team Leader
Rate: 65 per hour
Contract: Roles of 20 and 30 hours per week + regular overtime, part-time, permanent
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and delivering excellent customer service.
* Perform store tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.
* Develop team capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture.
* Ensure store safety, legality, and operational standards.
* Support HR processes and deputise for the Store Manager when needed.
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback.
* Build relationships within the local community and support the store's community plan.
* Balance leadership with hands-on store floor work.
