Responsibilities:
* Assist the drama teacher in planning and delivering engaging drama lessons and workshops.
* Support students in developing their acting, improvisation, and performance skills.
* Help organise and coordinate school productions, performances, and drama clubs.
* Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with lines, stage presence, and character development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged.
What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate with a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field.
* A passion for drama and a genuine interest in working with young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to engaging students.
* Experience in performance, directing, or stage management is a plus.

Requirements:
* Experience of working with students with SEND within a mainstream or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) setting.
* A patient and understanding approach.
* A flexible approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Existing DBS check on the update service.
* Experience of PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method and other relevant augmentative and alternative communication approaches are advantageous but not essential.
