Role Purpose
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple platforms to maximise ROI and deliver business growth across Iglu Cruise, Planet Cruise and Iglu Ski businesses. The role will focus on executing paid search strategies, monitoring performance, and analysing data to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEM/PPC strategies and possess a strong analytical mindset to deliver results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing
* Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords that drive quality traffic and conversions.
* Create, test, and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximise paid search performance.
* Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics like CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI and conversion rates to refine and improve campaigns.
* Track and report on paid search performance, presenting data insights to key stakeholders and making recommendations for campaign adjustments.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align on cross-channel strategies and ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and optimal allocation across campaigns.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting ad performance, including tracking or feed-related problems.
* Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of ad creatives and landing page designs.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably with 2+ years in a performance marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics (certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus).
* Experience with keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and campaign performance optimisation.
* Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
* Solid understanding of web analytics and conversion tracking tools.
* Ability to analyse large data sets and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
* Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., Display, Social, Programmatic) is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): Achieving target CPA across campaigns.
* Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Maximising the revenue generated for every dollar spent on ads.
* Click-Through Rate (CTR): Improving CTR of search ads through continuous optimisation.
* Conversion Rate: Driving and improving conversion rates on landing pages.
* Campaign Budget Efficiency: Effective allocation and management of paid search budgets to improve performance
