Join BMG as the Digital Marketing lead for Catalogue Recordings in the UK, where you’ll craft and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns for a diverse roster of iconic musicians. Reporting directly to the VP - Digital Marketing for Global Catalogue Recordings you’ll be building innovative social media strategies, booking in digital advertising campaigns and helping with logistics of how an artist’s catalogue appears online.
You’ll be part of a global digital team that aligns closely with colleagues in digital sales, streaming and YouTube both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operating as the digital marketing lead for catalogue campaigns in the UK and advising on general digital best practices for BMG catalogue recordings.
* Leading three digital marketing team members, ensuring their success and contributions to the team.
* Digital marketing campaigns and strategy, including social media and digital activations.
* Booking in digital advertising with BMG’s in-house ads team, and reporting back key learnings.
* Representing the UK catalogue digital marketing team both internally to BMG and externally to management and artist clients.
* Managing and leading any 3rd party partners for social media, content and creative.
* Providing reporting and analysis on campaign progress, highlighting areas of success or for development to the marketing team and product owners.
* Being prepared, organized and active for store turns and product launches.
* Forming strong relationships with platform partners and artist management.
* Constantly liaising and communicating with product managers and marketing team for local and international catalogue.
* Consistently liaising and communicating with digital sales colleagues to deliver aligned strategies.
* Contributing to the global digital marketing team with learnings, developments and experiences.
* Adhering and contributing to the overall UK digital marketing strategy.
* Helping the digital marketing team to succeed globally for BMG.
Your Profile:
* In-depth understanding of popular music and its history.
* Significant experience in digital marketing running campaigns for artists.
* Technical understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.
* Practical experience with digital music tools including smart-linking (Linkfire), analytics (Chartmetric), charting (Nielsen).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Respectful, honest and confident communication skills, happy to work within a team and manage others.
* Some experience and understanding with image and video editing, ideally Adobe Suite programs like Photoshop and Premiere.
* Passion for, and a knowledge of, the music industry including being well versed in a variety of genres and up to date on music industry status quo.

Pay Range:
Up to £62,000 per annum. The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits as listed above.
