Ambitek are currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Yard FLT counter balance / Labourer for our client based in Northwich.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a solid background in steel or workshop environment.
🚨 Job Opportunity: FLT Counter balance / Labourer
📍 Location: Northwich
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm for the right person
💷 Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour (PAYE)
Side loading experience preferred. However, not essential.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Operating FLT to move and handle steel and large fabricated materials
* Assisting with general labouring and workshop support duties
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Supporting the team to ensure efficient and safe day-to-day operations
* Following all on-site health & safety procedures
✅ Requirements:
* Previous experience in a steel fabrication or workshop setting
* FLT Counter balance licence
* In-date Side Loader licence preferred but not a deal breaker
* Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
