Support Worker (part & full time) Boston £88.40 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) April 2025 – ongoing This ‘good’ school catering to students aged 11 – 19 who have complex and behavioural needs are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Worker starting on an ad hoc basis possibly leading to a longer term role for the right candidate. The Support Worker will be responsible for supporting the teacher with the smooth running of the classroom and pupils within the classroom or on a 1:1 basis with their work or managing behaviour. Requirements: The desired Support Worker will; Hold a minimum L2 Teaching Assistant qualification Have knowledge and experience supporting children learning disabilities and/or autism Have excellent communication skills Have a caring and empathetic manner What we offer: As a Support Worker, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
