Role: Operation and Compliance Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000
Located: Rotherham
Hours: Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 16:45 & Fri 08:30 - 15:00
Our client is looking for an Operation and Compliance Manager who is responsible for managing performance levels of the project team, compliance requirements, health and safety, and logistics. The role involves working closely with the Senior Management Team to set goals that promote business growth and ensuring the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

The role includes:
* Manage performance levels of the project team
* Manage all compliance requirements
* Manage all health and safety requirements
* Manage design department and all technical vetting for both service and installation works if required
* Allocate engineering resources accordingly to achieve project delivery targets
* Management of all sub-contracted labour
* Management of company fleet
* Management of all company plant and equipment
* Management of logistics
* Provide all necessary reports, assisting the leadership team in goal setting
* Act as point of escalation for project challenges both internally and externally
* Support operational performance
* Work with Directors to prepare budgets, schedules, and any other documents required by the business
* Develop plans and strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
* Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements
* Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
* Contribute and lead development in engineering, coordination, administration, and purchasing to achieve short and long-term objectives
* Develop and control the budget for the project and design department, ensuring all resources are available to meet objectives
* Ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and timely
* Oversee customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
* Promote and ensure health and safety in the business
* Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
