This successful and growing engineering company, known for its innovative solutions and supportive work culture, seeks a highly organised Field Service Coordinatorto join their dynamic team in Keighley.
What you will be doing:
Working with other service coordinators, you will have the following responsibilities.
* Manage engineer schedules, work reports, and part requirements.
* Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and schedule follow-up visits.
* Process warranties, timesheets, and administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and manage expectations.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient part delivery.
About you:
* The ability to deal with change in a dynamic environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
* Able to adapt to new software packages
* Experience in customer service dealing with people face to face or by telephone
* Experience of working in an engineering environment is preferred but not essential
* A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
