Transport Supervisor - Nights

Your next role with WB Power Services Limited will see you taking on the role of Transport Supervisor working in our extremely busy and fast paced office. This role, whilst challenging, should not be new to you as we ask for a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
You will report into the Transport Manager and your role will include but not limited to:
Assist with planning and job allocations
Liase with Training on providing driver availability for courses
Assist Admin staff/co-ordinators with basic transport enquiries
Liase with HR/stores on matters concerning PPE and clothing deficiencies
Act as a point of contact in cases of the Transport Managers absence
Assist with the creating of PO’s
Administrate the daily refuels with the creation of a daily list for drivers, monitoring new orders/off hires
Assist Transport Manager in ensuring weekly vehicle downloads are completed.
Assist Transport Manager in Infringement and/or investigations meetings, taking minutes
Daily Driver management in Transport Managers absence
Answering phone and query resolution
Conducting with weekly vehicle audits, ensuring fuel cards, ADR and vehicle safety equipment is presentAs a person you will be highly organised, have meticulous attention to detail, be computer literate and able to work as part of a team whilst using own initiative to meet objectives and KPIs.
You will be able to prioritise your own and others workload, escalating where necessary to ensure efficient delivery of your own and your departments targets and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will be expected to work 5 of the 7 nights on a 45 hour contract.
