You'll Fit Right Inn:
As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night. If you're friendly, approachable, and have excellent customer service skills, this could be the perfect fit for you! We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while staying organised.
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and checking guests in and out.
2. Assisting with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone.
3. Serving guests professionally.
4. Keeping the restaurant, lounge, and facilities clean and tidy.
5. Preparing the restaurant for breakfast service and setting up the buffet table.
6. Patrolling the premises to perform security checks and ensure a safe environment.
