Job Title: Vehicle Paint Sprayer – Commercial Bodyshop
Location: Ashford, Middlesex, TW15
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – 45 hours a week
Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends).
Our client is one of the largest independent Accident Repair Groups in the UK and is an award-winning company with over 30 years of knowledge and expertise within the vehicle body repair sector. They are dynamic in their approach and geared to completing outstanding repairs, by combining the latest techniques and most effective technology with delivering excellent customer service.
They are now looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Technician for their Commercial Bodyshop in Ashford, Middlesex.
About the Job
As a Painter/prepper, working on commercial vehicles, you will be responsible for:
1. Checking that the vehicle has been masked and prepared to the required standard.
2. Mixing and matching colours.
3. Checking the painted job is acceptable to refit.
4. Carrying out high volume repairs to the BSI PAS 10125 standards.

Ideal candidates will be ATA or Level 3 qualified in Paint but our client can also consider Time Served Painters.
You must be able to:
1. Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales.
2. Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
3. Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification.
4. Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
5. Be flexible in your approach.
6. Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
7. Ensure that all tasks follow Health and Safety guidelines, such as wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.

Requirements
Ideal candidates will be ATA or Level 3 qualified in Paint but our client can also consider Time Served Painters.
Our client is happy to consider Paint Sprayers with either a commercial Bodyshop background or an accident repair background with cars.
