Residential Childcare Worker (Fixed Term)
Grade 5: £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, plus a 10% alternating shift allowance and shift work following a rota pattern including evenings, weekends, and sleep ins (payable at £40.76 per sleep in).

We are recruiting to one of our Children’s Homes and are looking for suitably skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join an established team of Residential Child Care Workers.
Children’s Homes by their nature can provide both challenges and opportunities and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate resilience, motivation and creativity to meet the needs of our young people.
The role is on an 8 week rolling rota working shifts and averaging 37hrs per week.
