What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to expand our pool of casual Invigilators to work under the guidance of the Examinations Officer. The role will involve supervision of students who are undertaking examinations during November, January, May and June however there are internal exams throughout the year. Applicants should be available most of these dates. There may also be opportunities to come and support vaccination days and other events in school.
Duties will include supervising pupils taking exams, preparing exam rooms, distributing and collecting exam papers in accordance with the JCQ regulations. No specific examination experience is necessary as training will be provided.
The post would be ideally suited to applicants who are organised, calm, approachable, reliable, punctual and who can work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a casual contact and working hours will be negotiated for each exam period. Hourly rate is £14.38
