Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
1. Arranging Service Department bookings.
2. Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
3. Up selling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
1. Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
2. Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
3. Previous experience Up selling.
4. Full manual UK Driving Licence.
