Trainee Equity Release Advisor – Customer Focused
Location: Cardiff (Office-Based)
Salary:
* Initial Basic Salary: £24,000
* Rising to £27,000 upon completion of CeMAP qualification
* Further increasing to £28,500 once CeRER qualification is obtained
* Bonus Structure: Once fully qualified, realistic OTE of £35,000+
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Training & Qualifications Provided: Full CeMAP & CeRER support

We are seeking a Trainee Equity Release Advisor – someone with a passion for helping people, strong customer service skills, and a genuine desire to build a career in financial advice. No direct experience is necessary, but previous customer service experience with excellent references is required, along with a proven record of long-term commitment to previous employers.
This is an incredible opportunity to become a fully qualified mortgage & equity release advisor, with full financial and professional support to achieve your CeMAP & CeRER qualifications within 6-12 months.
