About The Company
Our client is a brilliantly independent insight agency with a heritage in integrated qual + quant. They work with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands – think household names like P&G, IKEA, Whetherspoons and Royal London – and are known for producing research that’s both strategic and story-driven. While the team mostly works remotely, their office is a creative hub used for collaboration and face-to-face time (typically once a week).
The Day-to-Day
As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll get stuck into the whole research cycle – from kick-off to debrief:
1. Designing discussion guides, surveys and community tasks
2. Moderating qualitative fieldwork – from interviews to accompanied shops
3. Analysing quant data to find patterns and build compelling stories
4. Building reports, client presentations, and shaping key recommendations
5. Managing clients, running projects, and contributing ideas at every stage
You won’t be stuck in a box – you’ll work across methods, sectors and client types, gaining exposure, autonomy and variety from day one.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ve got some agency-side research experience (qual, quant or both). You’re comfortable with data, love finding patterns and crafting stories. You think critically – about people, culture, brands and behaviour. You're confident talking to people and curious about what drives them. You’re detail-obsessed, articulate, and never miss a beat.
