Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Client Admin Financial Planning team in either Manchester/ Liverpool or Knutsford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

The role will initially require full time in the office through training and implementation then will move to a hybrid pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home after probation.
As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:
* To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
* Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
* Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
* Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
* To encourage client, use of portal and other digital tools, provide guidance where required.
* To collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
* Proven experience working within Financial Planning / Wealth Management is essential
* Experience working within a client support / financial planner support role is essential
* Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds etc.
* An ambition to build a career within financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop
* A strong ethic of client service.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential
* Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
* The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills
