Duty Manager
The Duty Manager reports directly to the General Manager and acts on their behalf in their absence. They are responsible for the entire operation including Food and Beverage, Rooms, Guest Experience, and Sales and Marketing. Your role is to enforce standards and guarantee a consistently high-quality guest experience. You will coordinate all aspects of the operation to ensure that each outlet functions at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation, and cost management. Create a culture that is service-focused, positive, driven to succeed, open to change, and creative in approach. Foster the talent within the department to ensure that all reporting Heads of Departments (HODs) and talents are effective in their current roles and developed to the next level.
Carry out Duty Management shifts according to DM ROTA and business needs.
Additional Information
40 Hours per week.
Shift Times: Early shifts & Late Shifts
Flexibility: Monday - Sunday
Salary: To be confirmed
Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage.
