As we enter a new phase of rapid global growth, we are seeking a Client Delivery Executive who will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery, efficient internal coordination, and continuous process improvement. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Operational Execution Manage the end-to-end client delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. Work closely with logistics, operations, and account management to ensure seamless execution and mitigate potential bottlenecks. Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates on order status and addressing any issues efficiently. Internal Coordination & Process Improvement Act as a key link between sales, client services, and operational teams, ensuring alignment on client needs and delivery expectations. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by gathering and analysing key client data to inform discussions and decision-making. Drive process optimization initiatives, ensuring internal workflows are efficient and scalable. Ensure CRM systems and internal tracking tools are kept up to date, providing accurate data on client interactions and service delivery. Performance Tracking & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track key operational and client delivery metrics. Identify trends in delivery timelines, client escalations, and fulfilment accuracy, using insights to improve processes. Provide weekly reports to leadership, outlining service performance, key risks, and areas for improvement. Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement Identify recurring client challenges and implement solutions to enhance service delivery. Ensure client expectations are managed effectively, preventing escalations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Work closely with the operations team to anticipate risks, optimise workflows, and improve the scalability of client services. About you About You Proven experience in client delivery, operations, or customer success project management. Strong process optimization and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to improving workflows. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent internal communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective coordination across teams. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools to track client performance and service delivery. A proactive approach to identifying risks and driving operational improvements. Previous experience in nature, biodiversity, or sustainability sectors is an advantage but not essential.
