\n• The Employment team deals with a varied caseload of respondent and claimant matters, and a mix of non- contentious and contentious work.

\n• You will advise clients on a broad range of issues including:
\nContracts of Employment,
\nUnlawful deduction from wages claims,
\nHoliday and holiday pay,
\nEmployment status,
\nPolicies and Procedures,
\nAbsence Management,
\nDiscipline and Conduct,
\nPerformance management and capability dismissals,
\nEmployment Tribunal claims and disputes in the High Court,
\nTUPE,
\nRestructuring and Redundancy,
\nCollective Agreements and Industrial Relations,
\nTermination of Employment and Settlement Agreements,
\nData Protection,
\nUnfair dismissal claims, including automatic unfair dismissal claims,
\nGrievances and whistleblowing,
\nDiscrimination and Equality & Diversity,
\nInvestigations,
\nImmigration and the right to work,
\nPensions and Benefits.

\n• You should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and work well as part of a team, and be motivated to deliver great results.
