Excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a nationwide building management business, on a 3-month fixed term contract.

In this hybrid role, you'll be the main point of contact with regards to the maintenance/service issues. This involves keeping a maintenance log and scheduling both PPM and reactive maintenance duties.
In this role you'll be working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid working pattern (3 days in office, 2 days at home).
