Housing Manager Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Housing Manager with a strong background in housing management, tenancy sustainment, and property compliance. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in property management, building maintenance, and tenancy sustainment Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessments Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) The ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external agencies Strong leadership skills to manage a team and oversee housing operations A proactive and problem-solving approach to tenant and property issues A commitment to high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Oversee property management, ensuring tenants receive high-quality services and support Provide leadership and guidance to Housing Officers and the Maintenance Team Manage void properties, ensuring timely turnaround and occupancy Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, legal requirements, and housing policies Liaise with Local Authorities and external agencies for tenant welfare and policy compliance Conduct estate inspections, ensuring cleanliness, grounds maintenance, and property upkeep Oversee and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and safety checks Handle tenant complaints and Anti-Social Behaviour cases, escalating when necessary Ensure compliance with statutory safety checks, risk assessments, and legal housing requirements Maintain accurate records and administrative systems to support service efficiency If you have the experience and skills to take on this role, we’d love to hear from you.
