Develop key metrics and benchmarks to assess organisational performance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data-driven projects. Profile The successful FP&A Analyst will be part or nearly qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA and demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Job Offer Competitive Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 10% bonus.
