Job Description
We’re looking for an accomplished Permanent POS Account / Project Management professional to join a leading marketing services company, known for helping a wide range of international brands to communicate effectively with consumers through a wide range of eye-catching and engaging in-store theatre.
The right applicant will demonstrate expertise in permanent POS along with the ability to manage key accounts and drive creative solutions. We’re looking for someone with direct experience collaborating with brands and retailers on the production of permanent point of sale (POS) materials, such as vacuum-formed plastic or acrylic shelf edge trays, fixturization, FSDUs, and other in-store displays that enhance customer engagement. Experience with semi-permanent POS is also highly desirable.

As Permanent POS Account / Project Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering creative projects from initial brief through to final completion, within budget and deadline and to the highest standard.
* Identifying, prioritising and managing conflicts between cost, time and quality.
* Critical path creation, generating quotations and commercial governance.
* Attending client briefing and presentation meetings alongside other client team members.
* Engaging with Account Directors and colleagues to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards.
In addition to the criteria above, we’re looking for a POS Account / Project Manager with the following skills and experience:
* Experience and knowledge of permanent POS manufacturing processes (vacuum formed plastic or acrylic) in a fast-moving environment
* Excellent customer service and client relationship building skills
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, remaining calm under pressure
* Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving approach
