We are working closely with an award-winning national developer to strengthen their Sales Management team with a dynamic, results-driven sales leader.
Covering 3-4 projects in the West Kent / East Sussex area, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of management experience from an SME / PLC housebuilder and the ability to motivate existing sales teams in a challenging, competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support site-based Sales Consultants across multiple developments
* Drive sales performance in line with company targets and growth objectives
* Monitor and analyse sales activity, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience
* Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, and construction teams to align sales strategy
* Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff as required
* Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competitor activity, and local trends
