Monitor and record daily expenses and cost transactions. Analyse cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and valuations. Support in preparing and reviewing budget reports. Assist in generating regular cost reports for management review. Help in allocating costs to different departments or projects accurately. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Provide support to senior accountants in various accounting tasks and projects. Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. Liaise and support businesses in maintaining their financial records Prepare and present financial reports to the management team. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Support financial decision-making by providing key financial insights. Being the first point of contact for clients The Successful Applicant A Successful Accounts Assistant Should Have Proven working experience as Accounts Assistant. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. A Successful Accounts Manager Should Ideally have an understanding of basic financial principles Have superb communication skills Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful applicant must be fluent in French.
