Travel Operations Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (2nd June until 30th September) This role is based out of Witney office in Oxfordshire and a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required. Find out more here The role As the Travel Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of a client’s documentation in advance of their trip. Working closely with our sales teams (Country Specialists) and our partners on the ground (GHA) your aim will be to deliver a high standard of quality and service. Key responsibilities include: Ensure all booking and flight details are up to date and finalised ahead of the client’s departure, cross checking existing confirmations where applicable. Ensure the final booking record is accurate including checking all costs and resolving any errors. Prepare final travel documentation for the client, ensuring that the information is accurate and personalised to enhance client experience.
