Job Title: Social & Content Manager

Reports To: Creative Brand Manager/ Head of Creative

We are a 360 creative marketing agency, which means we work with clients in a variety of different ways. For our retainer clients, this essentially means acting as their own marketing department. For our project clients, we work with them for a shorter period of time on a specific campaign such as a full rebrand or organising a luxury event. As a part of the team, you’ll be working across both retainer clients and project clients - so you have the ability to not only create results through long-term relationships, but also through creative high-impact projects too.

This role is for you if:

Key Responsibilities:
Online Brand Management – Client Work
* Devise, implement, and oversee strategic social media plans spanning multiple platforms, we work across Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
* Craft and curate high-calibre content tailored for distinct social media channels.
* Stay informed of evolving social media trends, competitor dynamics, and industry news to maintain a forward-thinking approach.
* Leverage in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to optimise the impact of creative assets across online channels.
* Track in-depth social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies monthly to optimise results
* Knowledge of varied digital marketing channels and strategies, and the ability to integrate creative concepts into digital campaigns.
* Adapt to the ever-changing world of social and be confident in trialling and experimenting with new social trends and evolvement.
* Apply strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their goals, translating them into impactful and resonant creative campaigns.
* Independently host all strategy meetings with clients or account managers to ensure that the client’s expectation is matched, being comfortable to advise the client during these meetings
* Resolve any issues that may arise with clients
* Organise your own workload and be pre-active / forward thinking with social campaigns, dates and pre-active approach to work.
* Manage the day to day running and oversight of brand accounts i.e stories, copywriting, content creation, community management.
Reporting and Analytics
* Prepare and present to clients; detailed and strategic monthly reports for clients, analysing performance data to make strategic adjustments for the following month and ensure continuous growth across accounts.
* Use data-driven thinking to ensure monthly reports are used effectively to improve account performance and growth of the brand.
Campaign & Content Creation
Lead the planning and execution of content shoots and creative campaigns for both existing and new clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members to develop and execute campaigns from concept to completion, incorporating input from brand, marketing, and production teams.
* Generate creative ideas tailored for social media platforms and oversee photo and video shoots to deliver high-quality assets.
* Manage the creative budget, implement monthly deadlines, and oversee project workflows using project management tools.
* Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years experience within a Social Media Content or Marketing role.
- Used to working in a fast paced company, start up or agency environment.
- Enthusiastic about the Chic brand, vision and the way we do business
- Marketing or related degree, preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut.
- Multichannel marketing experience (email, influencer partnerships, podcasts, brand etc.)

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
If you’re successful in moving to the interview stage, you’ll be meeting our Creative Brand Manager & Head of Creative.
If you’re successful in moving to the next round after this, we’ll be sending you a creative task to get stuck into.
We aim to have this role filled within a maximum of 4 weeks.
