We are looking to appoint Staff Nurses in the District Nursing Service.
The post holder will take responsibility for the effective assessment, planning, and delivery of skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes or other settings as appropriate under the direction of the caseload manager.
Although the post holder has access to advice, he/she is expected to work largely unsupervised. In addition, the post holder is expected to supervise junior staff, Health Care Assistants, and Registered Nurse Associates including student nurses on placement.
