Job Title: Work Package Manager - Test Engineering
Location: Glasgow

Role Overview:
Manage test engineering projects as a Work Package Manager, overseeing tasks, resources, budgets, performance, reporting, and delivery within your work package. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Support the Project Manager by acting as their delegate when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and maintain Work Package estimates
* Define scope, deliverables, and milestones
* Approve Work Package in consultation with the delivery team
* Assign tasks, oversee progress, and coordinate delivery
* Plan activities aligning with budget, schedule, and quality standards
* Report progress regularly
* Ensure quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities
* Close Work Package effectively, including documentation and lessons learned
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as a Work Package, Assistant, or Project Manager in a large organization
* Understanding of project goals, objectives, and strategies
* Experience managing risks and stakeholder relationships
* Knowledge of project financial cycles
* Support experience in customer negotiations
* Ability to operate across functional boundaries in a matrix organization
