Project Management Lead North Europe, Healthcare Informatics Leading the Philips Radiology Informatics Implementation Customer Project Manager team for North Europe (app. 15 headcount) responsible to manage large, multi-site and complex projects. Your role: - Oversee and manage large, high-complex, multi-site projects and escalated accounts in North Europe with your team and by yourself - Appropriately balancing, risk taking, issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) - Build relationships with customers and external partners within the region up to C-Level - Participate in project steering committees of large / complex multi-site programs - Lead and provide guidance to teams and sub-teams led by your Customer Project Managers. - Ensure that the team works adherence to standardized solution delivery processes and provide flawless customer experience. - Ensure with your team that our RI solutions are delivered according to scope, quality, budget and time. - Manage external parties like subcontractors and partners with complex or customized contracts - Ensure cost performance and optimization by driving KPIs such used rate by role/skill level, project costing/re-calculation. - Control the project budgets and project progresses, evaluate all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions - Support revenue and cost forecast process for projects and ensure changes to the forecast are reported & flagged - Develop proposals on how to improve processes and procedures proactively in the interest of continuous improvement - Manage workforce and resource management across projects within the zone to ensure seamless delivery of projects and flawless customer experience - This role offers you the chance to work from home with up to 80% travel covering customers in the UK&I and Nordics. - From competitive salary, performance bonus and car/allowance to family friendly policies, flexible benefits and access to Philips University, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. You're right for this role if: - You an experienced Project/Programme Manager withi n IT Services/Software delivery/implementation (vs internal project delivery) with professional knowledge of project management methodology (Prince2, PMP, PMI) and estimation techniques (resources, cost, time and risks). - You are a proven People Leader (ideally international direct line management) with a comprehensive understanding of "people business" including the management for key skills in project, solutions and services business as well as continuous professionalization across the entire resource base. - You can provide strong change management examples, working with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to gain consensus. - You are a solution finder, adept at analyzing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and influencing multiple stakeholders up to C-level leverage capabilities & drive change in an agile way. - Your financial knowledge is able influence the margin in the acquisitions phase and to improve margin during execution, as well as successfully keep project budgets on track. - Full UK Driving License Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
