ROLE PURPOSE
Your responsibilities will include scheduling exams and assessments, performing checks on programme controls, ensuring evidence is supplied to support funding claims, developing and maintaining effective compliance processes and procedures and conducting regular audits on evidence packs. You will also provide support to apprentices, employers and internal staff to communication assessment and compliance procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and co-ordinate end-point assessment exams for apprentices, working closely with apprentices, employers, EPA exam bodies and internal colleagues.
Manage and prioritise queries through a dedicated end-point assessment inbox.
Carry out compliance checks on data and documentation, update relevant systems and communicate issues and queries to other stakeholders.
Carry out online exam invigilation.
Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Update internal process documents to reflect changes to procedures.
Complete compliance checks on documentation for all apprentices, ensuring that evidence is robust and meets funding rules and regulations, resolving any issues by working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
Support the compliance team with the monthly ILR return to the ESFA, ensuring ILR’s are accurate, error free and timely in-line with funding guidance.
Update monthly operational data reports and tracking systems.
Identify and share best practice and ensure consistent delivery of highly compliant services.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Qualified to Level 2 standard for English and Mathematics
Entitled to live and work in UK
Experience
Expertise in paperwork processing and compliance checks
Busy office environment
Working with Education and Skills funding systems.
Planning and scheduling end-point assessment.
Knowledge and understanding
Good knowledge and confident with using office applications such as Word, Excel, Microsoft teams.
Understanding of ESFA funded programmes.
ILR processing.
