About the Client
We’re exclusively working with a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment services. This organisation offers specialist care across a network of hospitals, clinics, and residential facilities. They support individuals with mental health conditions, rehabilitation needs, and learning disabilities, helping them achieve positive outcomes through tailored treatment programs.
How you’ll spend your day
1. Managing and administering Salesforce, ensuring smooth functionality and user support
2. Collaborating with the Business Analyst to gather and refine requirements
3. Working closely with Operations teams to understand needs and implement solutions
4. Analysing and improving data quality to enhance decision-making
5. Generating reports and dashboards to support business objectives
6. Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
7. Contributing to discussions on how to optimise data usage and improve processes
8. Supporting the Salesforce Consultant and Analyst within a collaborative, flat-structured team
What you’ll bring to this role
1. Salesforce Administration Certification with 1-2 years of commercial experience
2. A technical or data-driven background, demonstrating a process-driven mindset
3. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with Operations and other teams
4. Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into system solutions
5. Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
7. Adaptability to work in a growing team with a flat structure and potential leadership opportunities in the future
