Conveyancing Clerk/Secretary Residential Conveyancing Team Belper, Derbyshire 35 pw (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm) Salary From circa £22,500 £23,000 dependent on experience You will provide administrative/secretarial support for our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Belper, Derbyshire. Duties will include opening and closing files, maintaining computerised and manual files, providing quotes to prospective clients, dealing with the mail and communicating with clients and agents over the telephone, by email and in person. Secretarial (including audio typing/digital dictation), IT and communication skills and experience are essential. You must have previous administrative/secretarial experience and if you have legal / property conveyancing / estate agency experience that would be helpful. You must be able to work quickly and accurately, have excellent IT, customer care and communication skills and be organised, methodical and able to work effectively to deadlines.
