Ringway Jacobs is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our highways maintenance team in Cheshire East. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality highways revenue and capital works, including reactive, emergency, and planned maintenance. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that operatives and supply chain partners work safely and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring all operations align with relevant industry standards, strategies, and policies. If you're a motivated leader with a passion for highways maintenance, we’d love to hear from you The Role Carry out supervision of both self-delivery and SCP gangs to ensure that works are carried out safely and to the highest standard Ensure programmes are delivered to key milestones across the contract Monitor delivery to ensure work is carried out in accordance with Ringway Jacobs, specifications and procedures Ability to self-manage priorities and workload using agile/mobile working across the Cheshire East Communicate daily with the maintenance support team.
