The Workforce & OD team currently have an opportunity for a Assistant HR Advisor to support the provision of a comprehensive Workforce & Organisational Development function to the organisation on a permanent basis.
This role will join a team that is flexible in their approach to work, working across Trust sites with the opportunity to work from home weekly as part of the Trust's Hybrid Working Model.
You will provide first line professional and comprehensive HR advice and support to the Trust across a range of topics.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide timely administrative support to the Workforce & OD team and coordinate a range of activities and projects including NHS Job Evaluation, Workforce policies and processes, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and the Trust's Strategic Partnership Forum.

Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English
* NVQ 3 in Administration or equivalent
* Job Matching & Evaluation Training
* Working towards CIPD qualification
Knowledge
* Demonstrable knowledge of secretarial and office administration services
* Working knowledge of employment legislation & equal opportunities
* Understanding of the importance & requirements of GDPR and confidentiality
* HR information systems
* Working knowledge of NHS Terms & Conditions
* Understanding of NHS equality priorities for service and employment
* Working knowledge of ESR
Experience
* Demonstrable experience of working within an administrative role
* Working in a Human Resources environment providing admin and advisory services to customers
* Experience of working with confidential information
* Experience of note taking at meetings
* Excellent Microsoft office skills (incl. Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
* Project administration
* NHS Experience in HR
* Demonstrable experience of Job Matching and evaluation processes
