Job Description Bank Housekeeper | Euxton Hospital We are currently looking for a Housekeeper based in our Euxton Hospital. The Role You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across the Hospital, whilst supporting the wider team members across various departments. Providing a range of housekeeping dut ies that will include: Maintaining the required standards of cleanliness by following correct policies, procedures and frequencies. Undertaking a variety of cleaning duties in line with the ward/area/location cleaning schedules (may include operating specialist cleaning equipment). Carrying out specialist cleaning and one off cleaning duties in line with the Supervisors requirements. Ensuring that there is a general, pleasant and well maintained environment for patients & visitors. This is a challenging but rewarding role and would be ideally suited to a motivated team player. Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is essential and knowledge of COSHH and infection control is also desirable. The facility offers 32 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres, an endoscopy and small treatment room. The hospital specialises in orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip, knee replacement and upper limb surgery and offers rapid access to Breast Care services.
