Customer Service Advisor
Starting Pay: £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.04 per hour after 12 weeks
Position: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Wrexham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

The Role:
Our client, a leading provider in the education industry, is expanding their team and seeking a Customer Service Administrator to assist with learner queries and data entry. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing incoming calls
2. Uploading learner information into a bespoke system
3. General data entry tasks
4. Liaising with training officers, companies, and apprentices
5. Reviewing and validating recorded data
6. Occasionally making outbound calls
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful Customer Service Administrator will possess:
1. Excellent customer service skills with confidence in handling inbound calls
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
4. An understanding of safeguarding practices
5. Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
