Seeking an experienced, self-motivated Conveyancer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions. Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial enquiry to completion. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and property forms. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress. Conducting property searches, reviewing titles, and advising clients on issues arising. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and relevant regulations. Managing own workload efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of client care. Providing regular updates to clients on progress and handling any queries or concerns. Requirements: Significant experience as a Conveyancer, with a proven track record of managing your own caseload of residential property transactions. Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process, including current legislation and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Ability to work autonomously while being a team player within the firm. Relevant legal qualifications (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) are preferred. A client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
