Duties

3. Utilise accounting software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial data.
4. Engage in telemarketing activities to reach potential clients and promote services.
5. Perform data entry tasks to ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
6. Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
7. Collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions for clients facing financial difficulties.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
3. Familiarity with accounts payable processes is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in accounting software is highly desirable.
5. Excellent telemarketing skills with a focus on customer service.
