What an amazing role we have working in a dynamic, growing company… You'll need a good grasp of business insurance basics for the Account Executive Role, working within an innovative and rapidly growing Commercial Insurance Broker in Ipswich. This is an insurance job like no other, with complete focus on the customer experience and their satisfaction. The company is ideally looking for candidates with some insurance experience, a willingness to learn, and someone who has good knowledge of technology. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic people. Their customers like how they do things: clarity over jargon; character over anonymity; action over talk.
Your ability to communicate effectively, with our brand values in mind, will keep us one step ahead. You will deal with incoming inquiries and provide quotes through sophisticated IT systems. Although most of the business is transacted online, the customers you speak to will have your direct number and will be able to call you with any questions/queries. It's not a call center, and you must take responsibility for keeping up the brand tone and service which has resulted in its success to date. You will be part of a team with customer service at the forefront, where you will be dealing with new and existing clients. You will need to show results, but this is not a sales role. Inquiries are incoming, and then it's up to you to shine from there and give the customers their best options. As you are conversing with customers daily, you must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.

What we're looking for.
People with a passion for Customer Service, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly. Commercial Insurance experience would be a distinct advantage, but a good general insurance background would also be considered. You need to be a good listener and communicator; many clients will be small businesses, so you need to be patient and explain policies clearly and ensure you are offering the best product available to them. You must have a team mentality and be engaged, as well as being professional and supportive.
