A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for an average of 4 days per week for most people. The Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of projects within the account. Working closely with your peers, as a Senior Project Manager you will ensure smooth running of projects, managing creative resource and developing project plans.
You will have exceptional attention to detail, be process driven and able to partner effectively with internal teams. When working with familiar deliverables you must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will stretch your account management skills, through client engagement and working with partner agencies.
As a Senior Project Manager you report into the Kitchen Hub Lead/Client Director and are expected to support with various tasks to ensure and enable the overall smooth running of the teams.
You will have experience in managing creative teams, social media and content production.
Key areas of responsibility
Communication
1. The key day-to-day contact for clients across projects they’re working on.
2. Understanding of clients’ needs to deliver high satisfaction levels.
3. Ensure awareness of timelines and deliverables on projects.
4. Ensure a clear understanding of creative brief, deliverables and timeline for each project.
Collaboration
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams and key external partners to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines for key deliverables.
Process
1. Manage small-to-medium projects independently, from initiation through to completion.
2. Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
3. The ability to task manage globally distributed project teams; this includes aligning on project objectives and goals, defining roles in the project and assigning project team members to those roles.
4. Keep projects on track through clear task lists, timing schedules, risk register, trackers, status and contact reports.
5. Ensuring accurate resource projections on a project-by-project basis based on project plan resource forecasts.
6. Participate actively and can knowledgeably articulate status internally and during client interactions.
7. Identify potential project risks and if needed, escalate to Management.
8. Liaise with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications.
9. Ensure the highest quality is always delivered to clients.
Financials
1. Own project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolution of budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors and clients.
2. Manage POs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets.
3. Early identification and escalation of projects that are in danger of budget overrun.
Requirements
1. You will be expected to be an excellent communicator, confident in sharing your views and opinions with internal and external teams. You will have excellent process and organisational skills and a pro-active nature.
2. An understanding of marketing and production implementation processes across key channels such as digital, design, content, social etc.
3. Understanding of the production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies.
4. Ability to manage small projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget.
5. Experience of client relationships.
6. A professional, calm, approachable demeanour.
7. Strong written and verbal communication.
8. An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, wireframing/workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com etc.
Please note this role requires to be onsite at Heinz client- The shard twice-3x a week and 1 from Hogarth.
