Job Description
What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...
* Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
* Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers
* Act as a role model for the team support with training and development
* Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times

Qualifications
You will have previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or transferable skills that you can utilise in a fast pace environment.
As an assistant manager, you will have worked in a supervisory role for a minimum of one year and are able to demonstrate your leadership with a hands on capacity.
A Scottish personal license certificate would be beneficial but something that we can also provide.
