We are looking for a commercial property secretary to join our busy commercial property team based in Barnet. You will have previous experience in a similar role.
This is a full time office based role, based in our Barnet office. You will be working for multiple fee earners of different levels of seniority offering audio typing, word processing of complex documents, and administrative support. You will on occasion provide support for other practice areas when other teams need help.
Qualifications
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast typing speeds and advanced Word skills including track changes as we work with large and complex documents. You will be familiar with Adobe or other similar pdf editing software. You have had experience of using search and Land Registry software. .
You will have worked with a case/document management system (we will be using Leap).
