We have an exciting temporary opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Organisational Development team in the role of HR Officer (Organisational Development).
The post holder will help us work towards becoming a learning organisation by championing continuous professional development and supporting others to develop their skills and prepare for future changes.
As part of this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning initiatives and workshops to support our workforce’s varied development needs in line with our People Strategy. You will contribute towards improving the quality, range and relevance of our training and support us in evaluating its impact.
This is a varied role and you would be joining our team at a time when a high volume of new courses and programmes are being redeveloped so there will be opportunities to research topics and contribute your own ideas.
We‘re looking for someone who has experience of developing engaging and accessible training materials for a range of audiences, including our people leaders, and delivering learning events and workshops, both virtually and in-person.
Ideally the successful post holder will also have experience of creating interactive e-learning resources and have previously worked in a supervisory or management role, but this is not essential.
As part of your application, please explain your Organisational Development skills and experience against the criteria set out in the job description and person specification. We’d also like you to use your statement to outline what you could bring to this role.
