In this role, the successful candidate would be working as part of the Mechanical and Electrical Services Asset Surveying/Asset Management team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out site surveys to capture and condition grade existing sites' mechanical and electrical services assets.
2. Working as part of a team or individually on the surveys.
3. Surveys can be anywhere in the UK and may require staying away from home.
4. Producing word report system descriptions.
5. Surveys include:
1. Full Asset Condition and Lifecycle Survey
2. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Surveys
3. Latent Defect Surveys
4. Dilapidation Surveys
5. Environmental Testing
Requirements – Experience:
1. Experience and good working knowledge in mechanical and electrical services, engineering consultancy, and/or mechanical and electrical installations.
2. Good working knowledge of industry regulations, mechanical design, and installations.
3. Able to manage/prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining good communication with clients and design teams.
