Glebe School is seeking to appoint a conscientious, dynamic and well-organised CFO.
We require a colleague with integrity who will be accountable for and maintain robust financial management of our trust. The CFO will be responsible for governance within the school. This is a critical leadership role requiring an individual who is pro-active, demonstrates sound judgement, has high standards and an eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team. Glebe is an outstanding pupil-focused secondary special school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and complex needs.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator and collaborative senior leader.

The successful applicant will:
· Have substantial experience in a similar role
· Provide strategic support to the headteacher and board of trustees ensuring the Trust meets its legal obligations, adheres to financial regulations and submits accurate reports in a timely manner
· Act as a role model for good leadership and management, in both personal and professional conduct
· Have the courage and conviction to achieve the best outcomes for all
· Have a formal accounting qualification or be prepared to undergo relevant training
