About the Role
Once you have completed the 3-month training academy you will develop a clear understanding of OFA’s value proposition and solutions, pro-actively reach out to customers to promote and educate them on OFA’s products and services whilst also delivering value to your customers through consultative questioning and actively listening to understand their challenges and opportunities, before recommending solutions.
You will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities with OFAs customers, collaborating with team members to share knowledge. You will also build and nurture long term business relationships with exceptional communication skills to drive new business opportunities.
